Feryal Melville-Polat – MNCF Committee

Feryal Melville-Polat

I work as an independent mindfulness teacher with the general public, school communities and parents in the Cheshire area.

My mindfulness experience started when I joined the weekly Practical Philosophy course provided by the School of Economic Science in 2007.

I have been practising Vipassana meditation as taught by S.N Goenka after attending a 10 day silent retreat in 2009.

I completed the MSc in Mindfulness degree from the Centre for Mindfulness Research and Practice at Bangor University in 2020.

Mindfulness Network Community Friends (MNCF) is a space for me to connect with other mindfulness teachers. It also gives me an opportunity to serve this dedicated community that has supported me immensely.
