Iris Ping Haung – MNCF Volunteer

Iris Ping Haung

Hi, my name is Iris Ping Huang. Nice to connect with you.

I am currently a practitioner in psychotherapy, mindfulness teaching, mentoring, and life coaching. I used to work in the information technology industry in Beijing for over four years and the performance arts industry in Hong Kong for over two years. I appreciate these diverse experiences and encounters.

Life is a constant flow, and I am always learning to swim with joy, love, and trust.

I started to connect with mindfulness through Buddhism in 2017. I enjoyed spending my weekends doing mindfulness practice in the temple at that time. I received mindfulness teacher training with the Oxford Mindfulness Foundation in 2022, and a certified trained mindfulness teacher certificate in 2023. I’m receiving MSC counseling training at Bangor University between 2022 and 2024.

I love writing, singing, yoga, rock climbing, and being in nature. Discovering the unique colours within myself and creating space for this potential to grow brings me great joy and contentment. I appreciate all the connections that have taught me, nurtured me, and supported me, and I am delighted to contribute to the development of the Mindfulness Network Community, which has nurtured my growth.
