We are seeking a talented individual to lead our Charity into a new chapter, as our current Executive Director is set to retire on September 30th, 2024. (Read more).

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of the mindfulness field and the ability to collaborate effectively with our dedicated team of staff and associates, including a commitment to equality, diversity, and inclusion.

This exciting opportunity involves shaping the future of the Mindfulness Network – a world-leading provider of mindfulness and compassion-based training, retreats and supervision. If you’re prepared to take on the leadership challenges of a small but dynamic charity in a swiftly changing landscape, then this position could be for you.

The role is home-based, from within the UK, and requires familiarity with online working and systems.

We warmly welcome applications from eligible candidates of all backgrounds, and we actively encourage applications from candidates who are currently under-represented in the mindfulness world, e.g., across race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, socioeconomic status.

The Mindfulness Network Community Friends (MNCF) is the volunteer wing of the Mindfulness Network. By volunteering you can give back to the mindfulness community and support events that raise donations to help widen access to mindfulness.

 

If you are an experienced Mindfulness-Based trainer, supervisor, or teacher and would like to volunteer to join the committee, run group practice sessions, or offer to support sessions and events we would love to hear from you!
