We are looking for a:
Mindfulness and Compassion Training and Retreat Lead
An opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and capable leader to join the Mindfulness Network team. This 21-hour a week, paid role is home-based within the UK. The post will involve:
- overseeing our existing training and retreat programme with an emphasis on making it more widely accessible
- responsibility for our public courses and commissioned courses
- working with a diverse range of partner organisations and associates
We are seeking an experienced professional who has an up to date understanding of the mindfulness and compassion field and who shares our vision. That person must have relevant experience of mindfulness and/or compassion training and retreats, and be able to demonstrate strong management and leadership.
The closing date for applications is 12pm on Friday 13 October, 2023.

The Mindfulness Network Community Friends (MNCF) is the volunteer wing of the Mindfulness Network. By volunteering you can give back to the mindfulness community and support events that raise donations to help widen access to mindfulness.
If you are an experienced Mindfulness-Based trainer, supervisor, or teacher and would like to volunteer to join the committee, run group practice sessions, or offer to support sessions and events we would love to hear from you!
We also welcome Mindfulness-Based teachers in training and experienced practitioners who would like to volunteer for behind-the-scenes support for online zoom sessions, and other administrative functions. We look forward to hearing from you!
